For my final Typography assignment, I used Adobe InDesign to format a plain-text policy manuscript into a readable document for print and digital outputs. To that end, I employed colour and scale to establish hierarchy, columns and a baseline grid for alignment, and the highly legible Meta family of typefaces. Title text is highlighted in red against the white page, in a subtle visual nod to the Canadian flag. Most of all, I enjoyed the opportunity to work with InDesign's Styles features, which proved invaluable to simplify typesetting and all but eliminated the need for local adjustments.
